Damage and defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if your item is not what you ordered so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions and items that cannot be returned

14-day reflection period in the European Union

Refund

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
