We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
To return, you must meet these requirements: your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your returned item is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if your item is not what you ordered so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions and items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (food, flowers or plants), personal care items (special orders or made-to-order items) and personal care items (cosmetics). We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your item and then, after your return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day reflection period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods have been sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the goods for return must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned order and let you know if your return has been approved. If your return is approved, we will automatically refund your payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
